Theater Lore & History
Opened August 31, 1950 as a single-screen venue, the Sunset Drive-In grew to three screens and a full-service restaurant by 1995. The owners retired after the 2021 season and sold the property; it is now permanently closed. In its final years it was one of the most elaborate drive-ins remaining in western New York.
