Theater Lore & History
The Spud Drive-In opened July 3, 1953 by Ace Wood and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (2003). It's famous for its entrance sign featuring a giant painted potato on a 1946 Chevy flatbed truck, and offers rustic cabins alongside the classic single-screen experience in the Teton Valley.
