Theater Lore & History
Opened May 11, 1950, the South Drive-In is the last surviving drive-in in Columbus. The twin-screen venue on South High Street runs double features on both screens nightly in summer and weekends in spring and fall, and has been operating continuously since its founding by Leo Yassenoff.
