Theater Lore & History
Originally opened in 1954, Park Place Drive-In was closed for years before current owner Jerry Harmon purchased it in 1999 and completely rebuilt it for reopening in 2000. The 240-car single-screen theater was named one of the top 10 drive-ins in the U.S. by USA Today in May 2024.
