Theater Lore & History
Opened September 3, 1948 as the Hamilton Outdoor Theatre and renamed Holiday Auto Theatre in 1951, this Butler County institution is one of Ohio's oldest continuously operating drive-ins. The twin-screen, 850-car venue on Old Oxford Road is open year-round and converted to digital projection under current owner Chancey Althoetmar.
