Theater Lore & History
Originally opened in 1949 as the Motor-Vu Theatre, this Tooele County drive-in survived a tornado that destroyed its screen in 1993. Sold in 2022 and renamed the Erda Drive-In by the Peterson family, it holds up to 650 cars and operates seasonally about 40 minutes from Salt Lake City.
