A one-of-a-kind drive-in that opened August 23, 1972 at Seward Highway and Huffman Road. Cars parked in a circle facing 120 individual back-projection screens with sound over car radios — a concept that proved too finicky and closed after just over a year. A Carrs grocery store stands on the site today.
