Theater Lore & History
Opened March 11, 1948 and closed in the 1980s, the Badin Road Drive-In was revived in 1994 and has been going strong since. A second screen was added in 2006 bringing capacity to 680 cars, making it one of the most active drive-ins in the Piedmont region of North Carolina.
